Meet Riley
Riley Harrison was the 2014 dream hunter. Riley was 16 during the time of the hunt and is from Woodruff, South Carolina. He is battling Cushing disease, a rare illness especially in children. Riley had his hunt during an “El Nino” influenced late summer. Dense and persistent Marine fog created an additional challenge for his hunt, making it hard to spot and hunt bull elk.
Dream team scouts modified the hunt strategy by shifting to another area on Greenwood Resources land and Riley was able to fulfill his elk dream hunt with a mature bull elk.
